Ask Away
Here are answers to some of the questions we hear most often. If you don’t see yours, we’re here to talk.
You’ll meet with someone who will help and listen. After learning more about your needs, our team can provide pregnancy testing, limited OB ultrasound services, information about your options, and connections to practical support.
If you need ongoing help, we’ll connect you with an advocate who can continue supporting you beyond your first appointment.
None. All services at Hope Pregnancy Resource Center are provided at no cost.
Your privacy matters to us. Services are provided in a confidential environment, and your information is only shared as required by law or with your written permission. If you have questions about confidentiality, our team is happy to discuss them before your appointment.
What you share with our team stays with our team.
We do ask that all patients complete a pregnancy test with us as part of our standard procedure at no cost. Our pregnancy testing is performed by our medical team, which gives you a confirmed result and a clear starting point for next steps.
That’s okay. Many women come in before they’ve decided what they want to do.
You don’t need to have a plan before making an appointment. Our team can provide information about your options, answer questions, and give you space to think through your decision.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring a partner, family member, friend, or another support person to your appointment.
Just a photo ID, like a student ID or driver’s license. Feel free to bring a list of questions, too. We want to make sure you leave with everything you came for.
A pregnancy test confirms you may be pregnant, but a limited OB ultrasound provides the medical details that matter. It can tell you how far along you are, whether the pregnancy is in the uterus, and whether the pregnancy appears to be progressing.
This information is important for your health and for fully understanding your options.
Hope Pregnancy Resource Center does not provide or refer for abortions. What we do offer is medically accurate information about abortion procedures, potential risks, and what to expect so you can make a fully informed decision.
We’re also here to walk through all of your options with you.
STI testing is an important part of protecting your health. Many sexually transmitted infections do not cause noticeable symptoms, which means they can go undetected without testing. If left untreated, some infections can lead to complications over time.
Early detection allows you and your healthcare provider to address any concerns sooner and make informed decisions about your care.
Hope Pregnancy Resource Center offers confidential, no-cost STI testing. Our team will review your results with you privately and answer any questions you may have.
